While dancing-washing-singing in the Magic Foam Experience (“MFE”) event or program, including the foam area, you are entering a space where photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in any and all media, now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose related to Dr. Bronner’s, MFE and its initiatives. This may include, for example, use on websites, social media, promotional materials, advertising, and news coverage, in perpetuity.

By entering, you agree that you waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished recordings and any claims related to their use.

All photography, filming, and recording at the event is conducted in reliance on this consent.
